Built for every software engineer — one full program (Foundation, approvals, job applications) in the same cohort. Below, pick the payment plan that fits you; what's included doesn't change.

Option 1

$900/month and 10% of base salary for 12 months in case of success.

Example:

If the new salary is $100K per year, our success fee is $833.33 × 12 months = $10K.

Terms:

  • Success is defined as a new job in the US, Canada, EU, UK, or other developed countries

$900/month and 5% of base salary for 24 months in case of success.

Example:

If the new salary is $100K per year, our success fee is $416.66 × 24 months = $10K.

$2,000/month and nothing after getting the job.

Benefit:

Pay monthly with no success fee and no additional payments after placement.

Terms:

  • No payments after getting a job

Same program, same cohort: everyone gets the full path and the same quality of support — payment plans only change billing, not the package.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the payment packages?

We offer three main packages: $900/month + 10% of base salary for 12 months on success; $900/month + 5% for 24 months on success; or $2,000/month with no success fee after you land a job. See the Tuition section above for terms and examples.

How long do I need to pay Outtalent during the program?

You will need to continue paying until you get resume approval, pass the final behavioral mock, and pass the final coding mock.

If you are unable to complete all approvals, payments continue until you do. Please make sure to finish everything and don't delay!

Do I need to pay further if I haven't got approvals for CV / Behavioral and Coding?

Yes. If you aren't able to get your approvals, payments continue until you receive them and graduate from the program.

What happens after completion of the educational program?

After successfully completing Foundation and passing required stages ( behavioral, resume, coding), you can start applications to land your offer. We support you with referrals and ongoing check-ins with a mentor focused on job search and interviews.

What if I don't get an offer quickly?

Statistically, fellows often receive offers once they are application-ready and actively searching. You can continue with our support for as long as you need while enrolled.

Can I pause my participation? Can I join a later batch? How will the payments work?

There is no option to pause. You can join a new batch from where you stopped or start from the beginning.

You need to continue payments while actively in the program. Previous payments will not be counted toward a new batch.
